Sequential art takes a lot of time and a lot of back and forward. Therefore these go for over $35.00 and it could go over $40.00 if it has too much stuff going on.
Required references:
1. Character illustrations
Front and back views of the character, including possible details that might be too small or hard to make out in the images provided.
2. Character pose
If you have a pose in mind, a description is not enough, look for a photo reference or try using a 3D application like Poser or DAZ 3D Studio (which is free) to create the pose and camera angle you desire and then submit the image as a reference.
3. Character info
Whether you chose the pose or left it for me to do it I still need to know a little bit about the character to make a close representation of him/her. Age, personality, powers if any could be enough but add as you see fit.
4. Plot
If you have something in mind to what's happening write a plot about it. Try to visualize the panels so you already know what you might have to cut to make it work. Too many panels doesn't usually work and it's more expensive.
